2025 World Cosplay Summit Australian Preliminaries have concluded for 2025. 

Congratulations to k8bit and Cameron who will represent Australia in the 2026 WCS finals in Nagoya.

What does the WCS Australia Preliminary Competition involve? 
 

  • A Team of two Cosplayers compete in a skit based competition

  • The costumes are handmade

  • The work must be a Japanese manga, anime, video game, or tokusatsu character

  • Stage performance judging time is 2 minutes and 30 seconds

  • Background screen can be used as a stage direction

  • Rank will be determined by the sum of the costume and stage performance judging

The Team Entry form has a cut-off time and date of 5:00 pm (AEST) 15th of June 2025.

Here is the Performance form!

This form must be submitted within 72 hours after an Invitation to Compete email is received. The exact Submission Date & Time will be provided in the Invitation to Compete email, so please make sure to read it carefully.
